Q: How do I use My Count Me Healthy?

Q: What is the bracelet made of?
A: The bracelet is made of 925 sterling silver beads and a 925 silver-plated cuff. The cuff is plated to withstand the daily bending.

Q: What if I have a very large or very small wrist? Will Count Me Healthy still fit?
A: Count Me Healthy is carefully designed to fit most wrist sizes. Once the bracelet is around your wrist, gently squeeze or stretch the cuff for a comfortable fit. You want to be sure you have enough room to easily slide the beads.

Q: How do I care for my jewelry?
A: Silver and silver-plated items tarnish and dull over time when exposed to air. When not in use, store in an airtight bag to prevent tarnishing. Your bracelet also comes wrapped in anti-tarnish paper. For sterling silver, occasionally clean with a de-tarnishing cloth with silver polish. Apply a small amount of silver polish to a soft, clean cloth and rub gently (we love Wright’s silver cleaner). Rinse in warm water and dry completely.

The cuff is silver-plated. Do not put bracelet in sonic jewelry cleaner or immerse in liquid silver cleaner. Elements such as certain lotions, salt water, perfumes and even certain body pH levels may darken the cuff over time.

Q: Is Count Me Healthy safe for Children?
A: We consider Count Me Healthy “adult jewelry” and don’t recommend it for children under 12.

Q: Help, I need my bracelet in two days! When is the daily cutoff for two-day shipping?
A: In order for your bracelet to be shipped two-day on the day of order placement, you must have your order in by 2 pm CST.

Q: What If I’m not happy with my bracelet?
A: If you aren't extremely happy with this product for any reason, then we aren't happy. You may return the package in undamaged condition within 30 days of the date of original purchase for a full refund. Please be sure to include the reason for your return. Please ship the bracelet you are returning to the following address:

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your bracelet, please return the original bracelet (in a padded envelope) within 30 days and we will ship you a new one.

Q: I have a repair not covered under warranty. I love my bracelet and need it fixed. What do I do?
A: For all non-warranty repairs, return the bracelet (in a padded envelope). Please enclose a note explaining the defect, along with a $15.00 check or money order (payable to Chelsea & Charles, LLC) to cover the cost of the repair and shipping. If it can be fixed we will have it back to you ASAP.

Q: The women at my work are all trying to get healthier together. If we wanted to buy the bracelets in bulk, could we receive a discount?
A: First, congratulations on your decisions to get healthier! We wholly support you. If you have a group of ladies of ten or more who wish to purchase a bracelet, please call (901) 842-5362 for special pricing.

Q: My beads are kind of tight, is this normal?
A: Yes, no issue. Move your beads back and forth a couple of times to loosen. The beads will loosen over time.
